Shipping Policy
Formulating Vibez offers free standard shipping on U.S. merchandise orders of $60 or more The free shipping discount will be applied automatically at checkout, and no coupon code is required.
All packages are shipped through UPS or USPS. Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping notification has been sent.
Once a package is in the possession of UPS or USPS, Formulating Vibez is not responsible for carrier delays, including delays caused by holidays, natural disasters, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Processing Times
Please allow up to 48 hours after your order is placed for processing and shipping preparation.
Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Thursday, may be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.
Wholesale or bulk orders require additional processing time. Please allow 14–21 business days for wholesale or bulk orders to be processed and shipped.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., U.S. P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
At this time, Formulating Vibez does not ship internationally.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and distance from our headquarters in North Carolina.
Address Changes
Orders can only be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. If you need to make an address change, please email us immediately at info@formulatingvibez.com.
If an address change is approved before shipment, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for the update to be processed.
Once an order has shipped, address changes cannot be made.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailable address, refused delivery, or any other carrier delivery issue, the customer will be responsible for the cost of a new shipping label before the package can be resent.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
For sanitation and customer safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, store credits, or product exchanges.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within five days of delivery.
To report damaged items, email info@formulatingvibez.com and include the following information:
Required Information - Description
Name - The full name used to place the order.
Address -The shipping address used for the order.
Photos of Damage - Clear photos showing the damaged product and packaging.
Account or Order Number - Your order number or account information, if available.
Damage claims submitted after five days of it being delivered may not be eligible for review.
Important Notice
Formulating Vibez is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, natural disaster delays, holiday delays, incorrect addresses, unavailable addresses, or failed delivery attempts.
All sales are final.
