Shipping and Return Policy

Please read our policy below on shipping and returns

  

We offer free shipping for orders $60 and over on all U.S. merchandise. The free shipping discount will be applied once you checkout. No coupon code is required. The free shipping is for standard shipping. Our packages are shipped using UPS and USPS. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number, so you are able to follow where your package is located. Once your package is in the possession of UPS or USPS, we are not responsible for any delays that may follow.


Once we receive your order, please allow 48 hours for it to be processed and to receive a shipping notification that your order has been received and is being processed for shipping.  We ship to all 50 states, Washington DC,. US. P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we do not ship overseas.


Orders placed before 1:00 pm, EST Monday – Thursday, will be processed the same day.  However, it this is a wholesale or bulk order, please allow 14-21 business days to process and mail your order out.  Please keep in mind that with all of the changes being made due to COVID-19 and for sanitation purposes, we are declining all returns (including refunds, store credits and product exchanges) for the safety of our customers and staff.  If you have concerns about your products, please feel free to email us at info@formulatingvibez.com.


Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the return or exchange to us. If your products were damaged during transit, we kindly ask that you contact us within five days of receipt. You must email us photos of your items showing that they are damaged. Please include the following within your email:

PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE

ACCOUNT or ORDER NUMBER


The estimated time it takes to receive your orders is based upon how far you are from our Headquarters in NC.



We only ship to addresses provided with the initial order. If an address change is necessary, you will have to email us immediately and then allow an additional 1-2 business days for this change to be made. Unfortunately, after your order has been shipped, address changes CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE MADE. Please allow 48 hrs. for tracking numbers to update.


**NOTE: If any returned packages come back to our address due to the wrong address, address not available or any other reasons why the carrier cannot deliver your package, you will be responsible for the new shipping label fee for us to resend the package.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, natural disaster delays, or delays due to holidays.
